On Thursday, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, made a working visit to Zhytomyr region.
Within the scope of the working visit, V.Lytvyn attended the regional final conference of the educators.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared that the State should provide decent standard of living for the educators, especially adequate social security, and stressed that education should become a priority of the State policy.
V.Lytvyn strongly objects to the "experiments" in the field of education, as unreasonable innovations can result in the loss of children´s intellectual potential and logical thinking. V.Lytvyn deems necessary to cultivate interest for the process of education in the children.
